Former Managing Director, Mike Alcock, to lead global sales for creation and delivery tools for Gomo
BRIGHTON-- Gavin Beddow has been named Managing Director of Gomo after leading product development for nearly five years. Beddow brings more than 18 years of experience working in the digital sector, including at LEO Learning, Gomo’s sister company within Learning Technology Group (LTG).
“The Gomo learning suite has transformed how teams and designers around the world collaborate during the eLearning production process,” Beddow said. “I’m excited to continue building on its success, and working with our amazing team to expand Gomo’s eLearning and video capabilities.”
Beddow has worked closely with other LTG brands to look for ways that Gomo can support other areas of business with eLearning authoring, hosting, analytics and enterprise video learning technology. Beddow has been instrumental in integrating Gomo video to the Gomo product suite. Gomo video lets organizations create, record and repurpose eLearning videos within minutes and share them instantly via a secure cloud platform.
“Gavin’s entrepreneurial drive and passion for design and innovation make him an excellent fit to lead Gomo in delivering state-of-the-art multi-device learning anywhere,” said Jonathan Satchell, Chief Executive of LTG. “We are also delighted to announce Mike Alcock will be focusing intently on discovering and incubating new product offerings as Gomo’s new Global Sales Director for Creation and Delivery Tools.”
